Twinkles Pre-School believes that children learn best through play.
We appreciate the learning which takes place when children are able to follow their own ideas whilst supported by an adult who can enable their learning.
We celebrate a child’s uniqueness and encourage mutual respect and tolerance.
We are committed to providing learning experiences for each child in preparation for early success and school readiness
Our vision for future development is to continue to offer a high quality provision to the community which is open and inclusive to all, allowing freedom of choice and growth within a safe and happy environment
Our Aims

environment
- To value
every child’s individuality and provide opportunities for communication and language, physical development, personal, social and emotional development in line with the ‘Prime Areas’ of Learning and
Development in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Within the EYFS structure ,we will focus on
the ‘Specific Areas’ of literacy, mathematics, understanding of the world and expressive arts and design
- To promote every child’s self-esteem and
encourage confidence to experiment and learn about the world around them.
- To provide every child with the social and
emotional framework required as a foundation for formal school education.
- To instil manners, promote and encourage
caring social behaviours and respectful interaction with other children, staff and other adults.
- To meet the needs of children with Specific
needs, including disability, varying cultures, religions and race.
- To value and encourage parental contributions.
